Terms of Service

Welcome to StarForge. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use StarForge.

1. Service Description

StarForge is an adaptive learning platform for early childhood education (ages 2–5). Content adapts to each child's demonstrated ability across three pillars: Literacy, Mathematics, and Cognitive/Spatial development.

2. Account Eligibility

Accounts are for parents or legal guardians only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child using the service under your account.

3. Free Trial

StarForge offers a free trial period. The trial is for one parent account and covers up to four child profiles. The trial is non-transferable and may not be extended. We reserve the right to suspend or end trial access for abuse.

4. Subscription

After the trial, a subscription is required to continue access. Subscription billing is managed by Polsia, our platform provider. Prices are as listed on the Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

By using StarForge, you agree to:

• Use StarForge only for its intended educational purpose
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute content
• Do not use automated tools or bots against the service
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

6. Child Safety & COPPA

StarForge is designed for children ages 2–5. Parents are responsible for supervising their children's use of the service. We do not collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in StarForge is owned by StarForge. Do not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. No Warranty

STARFORGE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF LEARNING OUTCOMES. We do not guarantee specific educational results. StarForge is not a substitute for professional medical, therapeutic, or educational advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and all data at any time from the Settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered parents. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
